Hello everyone! I signed up for a "Biggest Loser" competition at work. It's mostly for fun, but I still want to lose the most weight % (how they are measuring the winner). I definitely want to win, but I don't know what weight goal to set for myself. It will be over 13 weeks. I have lost over 20lbs already, at a goal of one pound per week, but I'm afraid this won't be enough to win this challenge. Any advice for my upcoming challenge?

Good luck! We have a bunch of young guys here at work. It never fails, they will eat crap and gain 20 lbs a few weeks prior to the contest, then go back to exercising and eating right and lose it real quick. No one that is taking it seriously has a chance really!

My problem is that I have plateaued over the last month and haven't really been able to lose weight recently.
