    Hi, I was about the same weight as you a few years back and now I'm down 96 lbs. I started out w/ making small changes. I walked as much as i could, drank only water, and cut out all fried foods. It wasn't easy but eventually it got easier. Never give up even if you slip up one day. Tomorrow is a new day :) You can do anything once you set your mind to it.     I just walked 2 miles in 40 minutes. Once my legs stop burning I'll go look at dinner options for tonight.
