14 pounds to go!

Hi there I've been on the Rosemary Conley diet for 2 months now and lost 21 pounds which im really pleased with.
i've upped my exercise and kept with low cals and i've come to a halt in my weight loss! i still need to lose another 14 pounds by july and was aiming at 2 pounds a week, i've heard small weights combined with aerobics and other cardio is good, but does anyone have any really good tips to get the weight shedding again?!
