I need Protein help!

I can't seem to manage to get all of the protein I'm supposed to in a day with out going over on my sugars...can anyone help with high protein foods that don't have a lot of sugar?

    I am confused. Protein is not equal to sugar. Please explain.

    You have fat free cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt, whey protein, chicken and the list goes on and on.

    I guess the question is a little confusing. I have recently upped my calories because I'm doing the NROL4W. I am struggling to get all the protein recommended into my diet, and it seems like the more calories I eat, in order to get more protein, the more sugar i eat as well. But after reveiwing my diary since I have started NROL4W, I realized that most of my sugars are coming from fruits and veggies.

    I just eat a hunk of meat a couple of times a day haha!

    Well, okay, sometimes... beef tenderloin (yum!)... or chicken breast, greek yogurt, scrambled eggs - 1 egg plus 1/2 cup Simply Whites, protein powder smoothie, a can of tuna... those are my go-to protein fixes right now.
