every website that i have used (but one) to test my BMR and TDEE, along with my bodybugg tells me that my BMR is 1480 and my TDEE is around 2500-2800. So how come i can gain 1lb a week when eating 2400-2500 calories????

Are you over estimating your level of activity, or your BMR could be off if you are like me and skinny fat. I have no muscle mass, so my BMR is higher than it should be.

Jessica! You post these things constantly!

You are such a beautiful lady with a beautiful figure!

Just give it TIME. 3 months of doing something consistently. I know from your frequent posts you are constantly changing; so you can never catch up.

Don't be so hard on yourself!

My TDEE is not as high as the online calculators say it is...by about 300-400. I am using a Fitbit now to get an approximation of what I burn in a day and using that as my TDEE instead.

i am a bartender/waitress during the day for around 4hrs tue-thurs. and 8hrs monday and friday. i workout 6x a week. heavy lifting and cardio for about 45-65min. i have two children ages 5 and 6. i cooked dinner and clean up the house at night but after that i am either doing homework, reading or on this site. i also run errand in the evenings such as going grocery shopping. i am set to active on MFP. sometimes i also take light walks or a short bike ride with the kids in the evenings. when i first started on here i was set at 1465calories which is below my BMR (for what i have gathered) i lost for a while (about 5lbs) then stalled and then started to gain a few lbs.
