Beans

So I cooked beans but didn't measure them before I cooked them. I ate 1/2 cup of cooked beans. How should I count these as 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup. I am assuming that the items listed in the database are dry but not sure. I assume beans double.

I saw where the database has beans as cooked so I would just use the cooked measurement. I had beans for lunch and this is what I did.
Hope this helps0 -
at least for pinto beans, there is a cooked measure in the database0
