Hey everyone, I'm looking to do Yoga in the PM and I only workout at home. So what are some good Yoga DVDs you all have tried out and find good for beginners?

If anyone in the future finds this post, here is a link to a really good video for people to see if Yoga is right for you.

I really like YogaZone dvd's, by Alan Finger. He doesn't annoy me like many yoga people, where they are doing the moves and a voiceover is talking, he's actually talking. I find his stuff soothing. HTH0

There's a AM/PM yoga that's pretty good. I always recommend people try a few classes first, then look for videos. Most places offer the first class free anyway, so you'll save some money.
Also, you could check some out from the library or download a few podcast (Yoga Journal has some).0 -
