Day one

Hello. My name is Michael and I am out of shape. ;) Taday im getting a start on my life change. I weighed myself and im happy to say that i weigh ten pounds less than i did the last time i weighed myself. I dont know how long ago that was but ill take that as a good sign. The bad thing is it was just a week ago that I realized that i was more out of shape than i thought i was lol. I have a plan and a fitness coach. Ill try to get him to do the exercises and watch what he eats and see how that works out but Im willing to bet that IM going to the one who has to do it. DANGIT!!! Actually im really ready to do this. I have been eating like an alcoholic drinks his last drink on the way to AA for a week knowing its going to be goodbye for most of my favorites, and watching Videos of myself laying on the couch after work either sleeping or playing the PS3. BUT today is DAY ONE and I am committed to another CALL OF DUTY. I going to answer the call of the treadmil right now. Then its chinese food for dinner. I know im still not planning to eat the healthyest dinner today but im being honest and realistic. Im still on the target calorie wise and day two will be better. Good Day to all and GOD SPEED.
