So this isn't exactly healthy, but I was craving chocolate and needed to get in some protein before the gym so I took my 5.3 oz container of Oikos nonfat plain yogurt, mixed in 2 tsp. of Sugar Free Nestle's Quick Chocolate mix and 1 packet Splenda. A serving size of the Quick is 2 tablespoons so I estimated 2 tsp to be about 25 cals (I always over estimate). I have a nice treat for 105 cals PLUS got in some protein.
Really, it's the small things in life that make me happy!
