clean eating question

So I am pretty sure I understand what all is involved in clean eating but I think I need a couple of things answered for me.
I understand clean eating means no processed junk foods but like for lunch I will eat a sandwich on whole wheat ham sandwich with mustard is the mustard not considered clean eating? If the lunch meat says its 100% natural does that mean it is considered clean? Or maybe I don't understand clean eating and it just means eating fresh fruits and vegetables?
IS there someone who can clear it up for me? I am just wondering if I am not eating as healthy as I think I am.

I think lunch meat really isn't clean because it is so high in sodium.0

When it comes to meats, clean eating would be buying meats straight from a butcher, not pre-packaged meats. Eat fruits and veggies, read labels... Typically those items with more then 6 ingredients aren't 'clean'. Grains are also clean {whole grains, no white flour}.
I eat clean probly 90% of the time. I don't buy my meat straight from a butcher, if possible try and get the 'lower sodium' deli meats.0 -
if ir grows from the ground or has a mother....I eat clean 80% of the time....20% other goodies0

You have to make sure the mustard seeds were washed with soap in order for them to be clean.
In all seriousness, everyone in this thread needs to read this:
