? about maintaining...

I'm not there yet but I'm curious, when you reached your goal and you are just trying to maintain, do you..
1. Still log your calories?
2. Do you eat your exercise calories back?
3. Do you only eat your BMR or should you eat your TDEE?
I am already deathly afraid of getting to my goal only to slip up and slide back down, I am struggling so hard to get there I dont ever want to have to do this again (Not the eating healthy.excercising part just the losing weight part) because I let myself go...

I plan to log my calories, then if the weight wanders I can see why.
You should be eating what you use - that's the definition of maintenance. So TDEE including exercise or with exercise added back depending how you look at it.
In other words what you do now but with the deficit removed.0
