Phase II of P90X complete with low calorie diet

I posted earlier that I was loving P90X and was posting an update after Phase II was complete:
I'm doing the P90X diet verbatim and keeping my caloric intake to roughly 1500 calories a day:
Starting Weight: 290 (weight loss diet started before p90x, lost about 15 before the program started)
Current Weight: 238
Pullups to fail:
Day 1: 5
Day 55: 20
Running Routine:
Day 1: 1.5 miles a day
Day 55: 3.5-6 miles a day
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT, I'M CHANGING EVERY WEEK
