Net Calories?

Today was a very active day. I felt extremely motivated so I did multiple workouts; one on my lunch break and another when I got home from work/before dinner. In total, per my heart rate monitor, I burned 1700 kcals (no it's not a typo). My meals today all added up to just shy of 1900 calories with a breakdown of 57% carbs, 23% protein and 20% fat. (Most of my carbs were fruits or whole grains with 44g of fiber.) My question.....seeing as my net cals were under 200, if this was done on a continuous basis, would I do more harm in my weight loss efforts than good? Through research, I understand there is a point at which the body goes into "starvation mode" and stores nutrients, so I want to avoid that from happening. I welcome any and all advice. Thanks!
