low cal shrataki stir fry

this makes 2 servings.
3 whole mushrooms, sliced
1 package tofu or reguluar shirataki noodles (rinsed for several minutes)
1 c broccoli cuts
1 c red bell peppers, chopped
1 slice red onion
1/2 c bean sprouts
2 tbls soy sauce
1 c quorn meatless chicken tenders
seasoning such as garlic powder, if desired
saute vegetables, add noodles and meatless tenders and cook another 7 to 8 minutes. stir in soy sauce and season if desired. delish!
per serving:
122 cal/15 carb/2 fat/12 protein/8 fiber/8 sugar

they are awesome, i am so full after eating a bowl of them and they keep me satisfied for a while0
