My brother was talking about making Home made version of the Mexican Pizza at taco bell and I bout went nuts. So below is the outcome of me trying to prevent a trip to Taco bell. I quite enjoyed it!

Obviously this is rather Spicy even by my standards and that is saying a lot since I cold probably drink Frank's red hot Sauce w'o a tear. BUT you can add or remove to make it your own. For example, sub ranch and buffalo for salsa, or skip jalapeno to lower spiciness. This was one of my random Instant idea recipes...Its a gift. I think of somethat sounds good and I can find a way to make it but keep it healthy.

Lettuce - Green leaf, raw, 1 cup shredded
Homemade - Shredded Chicken Breast, 4 oz ****I had some already make using a slow cooker***
Kraft - Free Peppercorn Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 TBSP
B&g Foods - Jalapeño Slices, 7 pieces
Frank's - Redhot Wings - Buffalo Sauce, 1 Tbsp
Mccormick - Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning Mix, 1 tbsp
Cheese - Parmesan, grated, 1 tbsp

I craved and ate a lot of things before I started getting serious about nutrition and wellness. I never craved taco bell. Even back then I knew that stuff wasn't a good idea.

Yea, I am good at Resisting the temptations. I am glad I have the natural gift of randomness, it can be a amusing to others but also great for cooking since I pop out random recipe ideas. For example, Kool-aid, I mixed a Lemonade packet with orange and coconut extract. Its turned out tasting kinda like Cheesecake. I posted it on Kool-aid's Facebook and here is there response. "You’re a mad scientist with that flavor mash-up. But, we’re not mad at all, because you might be on to something!"

Biggest thing someone can do to avoid the temptations is Find ways to make something simular. I rarely eat out, Not just the cost but you never know what ever oils and stuff are used on the food. So I literally have 2 cabinets above my Stove full of different spice blends ans seasoning like McCormick grilling blends, a spinning spice rack, Ms Dash (lots of them, No salt ++), taco seasoning, etc. I can make a meal using the same exact foods but change only the spices and have a totally different meal. Like eggs, I could take some eggs with some shredded pre-cooked chicken and onion whisk them with a little salsa, cilantro and some taco seasoning for a Mexican influenced meal or use the the eggs/chicken/onion with Parmesan, garlic powder(i never use garlic salt), Italian seasoning, and have a completely different meal!
