Supplements and vitamins? My my Omega is 90 cals and I haven't been adding them to my daily log and wondered if anyone did.

    I do both my multi-vitamin and fish oil pill

    I do fish oil, but not vitamins. Do vitamins really have calories???

    I don't, medically necessary for heart function.. eat lots of omegas if possible:..

    Hum, 90 cals is a snack. Maybe I've been cheating unintentionally.

    If it's got calories, I record it. Even stuff like NyQuil/DayQuil, ColdEeze, Fish Oil, and the occasional gummy vitamin. (not my regular vitamin but sometimes I get one from a woman at work if I've forgotten to replenish my vitamin supply)
