Is it ok to go a little over your calorie limit?

Today I went about 50 calories over. Is that alright? Or should I exercise some more to work it off? At what calorie limit should I start to exercise to take it off (over 100+) ?

I think that's reasonable... I do some weight lifting for a few minutes just to feel a little better.

p.s. your photo made me smile... it's cute

Yes it is OK to go over a little. I never hit it right on the button. When I do it makes me laugh.
You are fine. Don’t worry about it.

i wouldn't worry about it, maybe tomorrow you will go under by 50 calories... for example today i had a lot ot snow to shovel and i went under by 200 calories. It will all even out because i went a little over yesterday.
