Hey there.. I'm new to this while my fitness pal and so far I'm a liking it... One thing I was wondering about is what tips others have to help out with those terrible cravings.. Cause lets be honest here, I LOVE food, and this isn't the easiest thing to do.. But interesting..

A good tip that has always had the best results for me is PLAN AHEAD!! Try not to put yourself in a position where you're quite hungry but have nothing healthy prepared/on hand, you'll end up eating junk and giving into cravings. Other good standbys are drink plenty of water (absolutely integral for weight loss, normal body functions, and helps you feel fuller!) and be sure to do some decent exercise 3-5 days a week, intensity of workout depending on your fitness level and goals. Exercise also has a funny way of making me want to eat less, and endorphins make you feel great!
