tips to stop that naughty snacking

hi i just want to know how i can stop snaking, im always hungry, ive tried drinking water and eating wholegrain foods but nothing seems to work!!!!

    Are you eating enough protein? Also eat lots of high fiber veggies.
    I brush my teeth after every meal and the minty taste curbs me from eating anything else for a while.

    try to do something with your hands. Keeping your hands busy keeps you from being able to reach for something.
    Or just do something. Go outside, do some exercise.

    chew gum, I also buy the Weight Watchers Fruities sugar free candy that you suck on (do not have to be a member to purchase) by the time I am done with that the urge is usually gone and they are pretty cheap and the piece is not huge so it does not throw off my calorie count :glasses:
  • thanks guys... yes i get enough protein, i eat alot of thigs like tuna and steamed chicken, i gave in and had a bag of crisps but im still not over my daily alowance so its good, i might have to invest in some gum! it may help! thanks for your tips :) xx
