    That's awesome! I reduced my intake of alcohol as well. I saw a huge difference in my eating patterns.

    I also wanted to say that I made a silly error. If any of you wanted to keep in touch, I have another account that I got mixed up with this one. I guess I made this account first, never used it and then created a new one. I haven't been on MFP in a month or a little more, so when I came to log back in, I logged into this account thinking it was the one I was using before. (confused yet? lol) Basically, I won't be using this account since I have my other one and it's more established. I'm just letting everyone know because I feel silly that I posted my before and after picture using an account I won't be using anymore. I'm part blond so I guess I'll use that as my excuse :p

    I really didn't notice how bad my muffin top was until I was going through old pictures. I can't believe I let myself get that bad! Never again!!

    I think reducing alcohol consumption is going to by one of my most important things on this journey. It is SO bad for you and can become such a habit. Nice to know I'm not the only one :)
