My excersise weeks 4 weeks everyday for a month

Schedule=

Monday: Areobics 18h00 at night
Tuesday: Pilates 8h30 morning
Wednesday: Fitball 9h00 morning
Thursday: Pilates 9h00 morning
Friday: Aerobics 07h30 morning
Saturday: Swim anytime (1 and a half hour)
sunday: Walking to glass castle (10 kilos)

:) I'll update this in a week or two.

    Day 1

    I ate brown bread(2 slices) with margerine, cooking cheese, a tsp of mayonaise, tomato (3 slices)

    Then I ate pomelo fruit for afternoon, salad (cucumber, cheese, tomato and then red sweet peppers and then had tea and then also clear green tea.

    Monday: 7:30 am/ Pilates (no appointment needed)= 60 minutes
    Monday: 18:00 pm/ Bootcamp (made an appointment)= 45 minutes
    Tuesday: 18:00 pm/ Cardio Ab Attack= 40 minutes
    Wednesday: 7:30 am/ Fitball= 60 minutes
    Wednesday: 18:00 pm/ Body Toning=45 minutes
    Thursday: 18:00 pm/ Pilates= 60 minutes
    Friday: 7:30/ Aerobics= 60 minutes

    Today I exercised for 60 minutes on the different weight pulling and pushing. What do you call it on my fitness pal?

    Today I had pilates for 60 minutes. Its tough doing it. :D I loved the back and forward rocking... it cracked my back. :D I also have bootcamp at 6pm. :D

    I've just completed training in bootcamp. :D It was 118 minutes of stregth and muscle also left me so tired and shaking that it felt like I had parkasons disease or cerebral palsey. I shaked so much. That my teacher also scolded me for taking a half oats yogurt piece that I shared with my sister. :D Thanks for reading. :)
