Determined to be in killer shape!

Hey Everyone,
I joined MFP this year in April. I used to think I was pretty fit, I did martial arts training 3-4 times a week and on weekends, and thought I ate healthily. My training buddy quit on me, and I lost my job recently so I had time to think about my fitness. Turns out I needed to get back on track again, for my own health and as I tribute I guess to my family who have always stuck by me. I've lost only about 8lbs so far, but I dig the idea of NSV's - seems much more healthy mentally. So I have been good about eating clean, never exceeding my allowed calories for the day, plus I do kettlebell weight / cardio training every day. I'm pumped to get into the best shape I have ever been in.

I'm already experiencing all kinds of NSV's from better sleep to loads more energy in the day. I've set a goal for September/October to get some killer abs and fitness to match. I log on every day and am enjoying the hell out of MFP. If anyone would like a dedicated friend on this site then feel free to add me, if you're up the the challenge I know I am!
