Morning exercise? HOW do you do it???

Ohh gosh I wish I could get myself to work out in the morning!! I truly suck at getting out of bed. Truly.
On the few times I've been successful, I've done this -
Night before, go to bed at a reasonable time
Set out all my clothes/shoes/socks etc
Set my alarm 15 minutes before I actually want to get up, then another at the actual wake-up time (I set it on my cell phone so I can have multiple). This way, I have a "warning" where I can lay in bed for a while longer and groan and whine and try to come up with an excuse. Then the second one goes off and I go "ugggghhhhh fine."
Not to say that I've consistently done early workouts, but it's happened... you've inspired me to try again though, so thank goodness for finding this thread!0
