Hi!

I'm new to MFP, been using it for one week... all i can say is so far, so good!

I lost 3 KGs in a week!

I've done diets before never stick to them and never keep the weight off, i have a really good feeling about MFP... i like it because there is nothing it tell says YOU CANNOT EAT! It's just about moderation and exercise right? If you have a big breakfast, have a small lunch etc...

Initially i did think "oh... maybe that's too much to lose in a week" I'd like others opinions.... is that too much?

    NOT AT ALL.....I lost 5.5 Kilos in my first week and have been steadily losing since...GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GOALS :)

    You may have lost some water as well.

    I've so far lost 3lbs in 5 days :) that's about 1.3kg and i'm very happy so far. Well done to you for loosing 3kg (about 6.6lbs), truely amazing!

    I agree I think it is all about moderation and controlling it with the app on my phone is the best thing I have ever used xx
  • Thanks for the comments everyone... like you said Warley the app is a great way to help you keep track and control how many calories you take it.... i wish i'd started using it a couple of years ago!

    (trying not to get carried away.... only been doing this for a week... just hope i can keep it going :)
