Hi!
I'm new to MFP, been using it for one week... all i can say is so far, so good!
I lost 3 KGs in a week!
I've done diets before never stick to them and never keep the weight off, i have a really good feeling about MFP... i like it because there is nothing it tell says YOU CANNOT EAT! It's just about moderation and exercise right? If you have a big breakfast, have a small lunch etc...
Initially i did think "oh... maybe that's too much to lose in a week" I'd like others opinions.... is that too much?

NOT AT ALL.....I lost 5.5 Kilos in my first week and have been steadily losing since...GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GOALS0

I've so far lost 3lbs in 5 days that's about 1.3kg and i'm very happy so far. Well done to you for loosing 3kg (about 6.6lbs), truely amazing!
I agree I think it is all about moderation and controlling it with the app on my phone is the best thing I have ever used xx0 -
Thanks for the comments everyone... like you said Warley the app is a great way to help you keep track and control how many calories you take it.... i wish i'd started using it a couple of years ago!
(trying not to get carried away.... only been doing this for a week... just hope i can keep it going0
