Hey there. I have been using this site for a while now , and have been lurking and reading some of the posts. You people are amazing with your dedication and motivation. I feel t hat this site has finally gotten me back into losing mode rather than maintaining mode. And it is giving me a clear picture of my eating habits. Some of which I still need to change, naturally. It is a long process for me, but eventually I hope to be able to keep off the weight I have lost rather than yo-yo.
I am 55 years old, working full time as a teacher, and would love to be more active in this community as there is motivation in working with others. I do not have a lot to lose, but I still have a ton to learn about healthy living and making good choices. Let me know if you would like to be a friend.
