This is exactly what sabatoges my efforts. Its a struggle, its willpower, its making the right choices. Indulge a little if you can manage that. Watch the portions. For me if I overindulge one day it can stretch into more days causing a weight gain. So I really have to be careful that it's only a little bit over and put a stop on it. It's hard not to make a habit with those little overindulges. They add up.0

I don't drink but, a good tip that I've herd is to have 1 and then discreetly ask the bartender for some cranberry juice cut with regular water to give the "illusion" that you are also having a cocktail with your friends.0
