Complete and Total Plateau

I don't know what to do. I have read a lot of posts on plateaus and have followed all the advice I could find: change up your diet, change the times of day you're eating, switch up your exercise, measure in inches not pounds. None of the above have worked. Despite changing my diet and exercise and strictly following MFP I haven't really decreased in weight or inches in weeks. The only time I did was a week when I drank this tea that helps decrease your water weight.

Anyway, I'm feeling really discouraged especially with the weekend coming up and presenting the free time to eat whatever I want. Do you know of any other reason I could have plateaued like this? Should I really stick it out or is this the end of the line?

Any help would be much appreciated.
