Does anyone know of a website that you can enter a recipe and it will help you calculate the nutritional info?

This one is pretty decent and simple to use.
    Basically copy and paste.

I've used Spark Recipes...now, I sometimes plug ingredients into My Fitness Pal as meal parts..so under dinner (or whatever meal) I'll enter all of the ingredients and then "Save Meal" as whatever the recipe is called. Then you can figure out the calories according to portion size as well

You may had to go in and edit some of the items.
    OR
Add them on through MFP separate.
I always ended up frustrated with the spark one....

    www.recipezaar.com

I do like finding recipes on Recipe Zaar because they have the approximate nutrition info for most recipes! So either find something similar to what you ate, or I'm pretty sure you can add your own recipe, though I've never done that myself. P.s. i'm nervous due to first post :) Good luck!
