Half Way to My Goal Weight and Feeling GREAT!

This is the first time in my life that I have combined working out with watching what I eat...I used to just do just one or the other. I can tell a huge difference in both how I feel and the shape of my body compared to when I cut calories without working out. I feel great and am ready to take on the next half of my journey :)

I still remember the day when my before pic was taken...a guy had come up to me and congratulated me on my pregnancy! I was so upset as I WAS NOT pregnant. I cried and then got angry...but now looking back at this pic I can see the belly and why it may have given that impression :/

Anyhoo! Today is a new day and I am in the best shape of my life :) I work out 5 days per week and have just started incorporating some heavy lifting...deadlifts are awesome! I can't wait to get stronger!!
