Jillian Michaels Workouts

Hello. I'm trying to figure out which workout would be the best to start. I have done the 30 day shred but on an inconsistent basis. I have also done 6 week 6 pack abs on an inconsistent basis as well. I'm really trying to get to a place where I can stick with the program. Her workouts are advanced for me (I prefer doing Zumba but recognize that I need to incorporate all for weight-loss). I want to target my core and am trying to figure out which workout to stick with Ripped in 30 or 6 week 6 pack abs. Has anyone tried either one of these? What were your success strategies?
