NSV: The Belt is Losing the Fight

So for a while I seemed to be notching down on this belt hard. New Years Eve the belt was 1 notch out of 9 and that was a little snug. I started just making better decisions(This is not related to new years resolutions, never believed in these) and by end of January I was only notch 3, almost notch 4 sometimes. I then found MFP and it finally started my catalyst of getting back to being healthy like I used to be. In a month or so I was on the 5th notch, then a month later I was on 6th notch. In the last month I have started doing more strength training and cardio decreased, the scale stopped moving(shrug) and I also started eating more as well. I found my caloric sweet spot/concept then found the whole TDEE thing and that gave the logic as to why my sweet spot and eating more worked. I've been doing the eating more for 2-3 weeks now. So overall, I felt a lot better and have been kind of "fighting" to get to that 7th notch. I could do it for last 2-3 weeks, but it was pretty snug. Today, I am now comfortably on the 7th notch, I only have 2 left. Overall it is just about time for some new work shorts and I still have a long way before I get to the goals I want, but I feel amazing, my tennis game is getting a LOT better, I'm getting stronger(I was able to load and unload truck at work yesterday with relative ease compared to previous times of needing to do this!), and ultimately I am learning a lot about my food and myself. Been an awesome month and cannot wait for the rest of my life going forward, this is one of the best times in my life!

Yeah, I also take measurements monthly and do monthly progress pictures. I don't see the version of myself in the pictures at all. Like my self image isn't even CLOSE to this big. So pictures are huge for me to see where I am at compared to previous months. (Imagine basically only seeing yourself as a smoke puff, because that is basically all it is to me because my self image blinds me from seeing myself.)

    And thank you!
