Headaches

So I have been working on my diet now for 5 months and have lost quite a bit. I have slowly increased my workouts and I try to burn about 500 cals a day about 5 days out of 7. I try so very hard to drink water at least 8 cups a day. The thing is in the past few weeks I get headaches now. No particular spot just a generalized ache. No idea why I have them now. They are not crazy bad or anything but quite annoying.

Anyone else run into this and am I stuck taking aspirin/Tylenol now almost every day? I guess I am just trying to figure out why I have this now.

I can't see your diary, so this is a blind suggestion but from what you said....you need to up your water and electrolytes!! I'd suggest drinking coconut water after a good workout to get those electrolyes AND potassium into your system. Also, make sure you are getting enough protein and calories. If/when I under eat or don't drink enough water - I always get headaches!!

I've been getting headaches lately too, but I don't know why. I don't think it is diet-related for me.
