What exercises can I do at my desk?

I work a desk job 8-5. What can I do as I sit here all day? I do take the stairs duing my breaks!

Walk around when you are on the phone.
Sit on a stability ball for part of the day rather then your chair!
Bring light arm weights to do different things during some downtime.
Park FAR away from your office and walk.

i like the ankle weights idea, ive wokred in an office before where the environment was work...not workout. you can conceal them, that is stellar.0
