For the long-haul!

Last year I got down to a fabulously fit 123 lbs and LOVED my body. Then my boyfriend of 3 years cheated on me, I moved to a different town, transferred to a different college, picked up a binge-eating and bing-drinking combination to deal with my stress and sadness, and here I am.
I'm happy again, I've kicked both binge-problems, and it is time to get back to my GW. I've ballooned almost 20 lbs but I'm still fit. I just want to lose the extra love!!!!
Oh, and I ran my first 10K in May and ran it in 54 min
