I'm soo exhausted after working out, I'm on a (NO-unnatural sugar diet) which means I can't eat any enriched breads, pastas, rice, grains. I can have natural sugars like fruits, raw cane sugar, natural peanut butter (no added sugars), homegrown honey (no added sugars), breads made with whole wheat, almond flour, corn flour etc... I take vitamins B12, D, Calcium and an organic natural energy pill called Ashwagandha (herbal supplement) but still I'm fatigued throughout the day!! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try that is natural with no added sugars???

Are you taking vitamins? You might want to try that. I eat fewer than 75 net carbs a day so I get all mine from veggies (absolutely no sugar, honey, pasta, etc. and 1 serving of fruit a day) and I have more energy then I have had in years.
I take a Multi, D, Omega 3, Calcium and chromium every day (some twice).0
