Bob Harper's "The Skinny Rules"

Has anyone else read this? It is pretty fascinating. Lots of interesting tips and recipes that look delicious.

I've realized I can't make a lot of changes at once and be consistent with them, but right now I am working on drinking a tall glass of water in the morning as soon as I wake up, drinking 8 oz water before eating any meal, eating protein at every meal, and going to bed hungry.

I'd love to hear what others think of this book if they've read it, and whether you have started living by any of these rules?

    I'm loving it! I am having trouble getting enough fiber (25-50g/day) while eliminating carbs completely after 1:00. Suggestions? Also, I realized I'm eating WAY too much sodium. I thought I was good today and came in at 2700mg. Processed lunch meat, bye bye.
