Extra weight work with 30DS

Good Morning, I'm wondering if anyone else has incorporated extra weight work with their 30DS? I'm still in Phase 1, but I've started adding a few extra lifts before going into the cool down stretches at the end. Nothing too stressful, and maintaining the low weight, high rep, theory. Right now, I'm adding some tricep curls, shoulder flies, and reverse flies just to get extra work in that area, followed by one more set of ab work.

Just curious what others might add to the workout, which has worked great for me thus far.
