Rihanna always gets me pumped up.

I wake a YouTube playlist to watch while I'm jogging on the treadmill (hills) and tend to increase the speed from 4-6mph for 1.5 mins of every song.

Both of those are great choices! I have always watched TV while on the machines, but I did some pandora yesterday and noticed an entirely different attitude within myself. Not that Law and Order SVU is a bad show, but for some reason music was a much better motivator than some drama on USA. :P

You enter your running or walking pace - 15 minute miles, etc. ...... it gives you a list of songs with the beats per minute (BPM's) that match. You can select different categories of music if desired.
