Looking for advice from anyone who's done the p90x 2 times or more.... i just finished week 12 of my first round and will be starting my 2nd round of p90x after i finish off my 13th week.

I have seen amazing results so far and just want to keep going... my first round i did the p90x lean because i was chicken LOL So now i want to do the p90x classic. I hit my goal weight at about week 3-4 of the first round, i didn't have much to lose when i started so my main goal was just to tone and gain muscle.

I didn't follow the p90x nutrition plan as i already ate pretty clean and do well cooking my own food... i did however follow the macros that they suggested for each phase. So now my question is when i start the second round do i go back to the macros suggested for phase one? or since i am really just continuing my workout do i stick with the macros for phase 3? or do i do something different?

I'm really liking the phase 3 macros, they fit perfect with everything i like to eat LOL but if i have to switch it up to get better results then i would.... what did you guys do for the macros?

Ive done it a few times actually and im currently doing a hybrid of P90X and P90X2 (end of week 3). If you already hit your goal way then keep with the phase 3 macros. Phase 1 is for shedding body fat and phase 2 is to keep you from bonking so It sounds like you have nothing to worry about.

I would stick with your current macros unless you start seeing a change for the worse. Like teamfit2day said, phase 1 is for fat burning. I'm doing a mix of P90X, P90X2, Insanity, and TRX now so I'm having to mess with my macros a lot. But you should be good sticking with your phase 3 macros.
