New to MFP

Hi Everybody!

Downloaded the iPhone app and started tracking my calorie intake this week. Also, starting my 2nd round of Insanity.

I plan to do a mix of Insanity/Spin/Weights. Basically, I'm looking to shed that last bit of fat so I can get more toned. I know tracking my food intake is definitely going to reach my goal. Previously, I've just focused on exercise, tried to eat healthy, but never really tracked my food intake at a detailed level.

We'll see how it goes! Gotta get ready for summer! :)

    Welcome! Logging your food will definitely help you reach your goal. I never realized how much crap/calories I ate until I started logging. I haven't started Insanity yet. Got it in the mail last week along with Turbo Fire. Finishing up CLX before I really start anything new though. I'm with ya tho! I wanna shed those last few fat lbs/inches and basically need to tone. Summer is pretty much here and I'm working like a busy bee to shed those last few inches. Good luck with your fitness goals!!
