Injured Knee

So, I have hurt my knee and it is preventing me from my daily walk:grumble: Any suggestions for some physical exercise that I can do without using my legs for now ? I am going to the Orthopedic Doctor tomorrow to see what is up with my knee !

    Swimming is a good option.

    What kind of symptoms are you having? Do you have a lack of rotation or load bearing rotation?

    It is a sharp sharp pain right under my knee cap that is constant. Load bearing, steps, walking....just about everything. Rather a bummer....I think I inherited bad knees from my mom. My daughter is getting married in 2 months, and this is not what I wanted to have happen to slow down my enthusiasm for losing a few pounds. Anxious for the Doctor's opinion tomorrow.

    Did it come out of nowhere- or did it build up or pop up during an exercise?

    Swimming is probably the best option. I hope you heal soon and feel better!:flowerforyou:
