New favorite lunch:Grilled Turkey/pepperoni/Cheese+fruit 400

So yummo and filling.

2 pieces double fiber Oroweat bread 70 K each
75 grams of turkey breast
8 turkey pepperoni
1/4 C. mozz cheese
.5 T light best foods mayo
2 thin slices tomato
pinch of Penzey's Sandwich sprinkle (seasoned garlic salt)
Spray for pan
1/2 peach or 1/2 C. blackberries

Spray pan and lay 1 piece of bread down
Top with half of the cheese
Add pepperoni, turkey,tomato and the rest of the cheese
Put .5 T mayo and Sandwich sprinkle on the other piece of bread top sandwich in skillet (mayo side on top of tomato)
Use spatula and pull sandwich out of skillet
Spray skillet one more time and put untoasted side down
let toast for 1 minute or until as crispy as you like
Eat with 1/2 peach or 1/2 C. blackberries
