Is anyone currently doing this at the moment? I'm on day 4 and have found it generally to be a breeze (slight trouble with a bit if constipation but fiber supplements and milk of magnesia seem to have done the trick). I have lost around 6lbs which I am aware will most likely be water weight but delighted to see the scales going down everyday regardless :)

The only trouble I am having is eating all of my calories for the day, I find that I'm just not hungry (and will admit to being a little obsessive with keeping the calories down but I do try!) I am in ketosis so wonder if that might be suppressing my appetite?

appetite suppression in ketosis is fairly normal I believe. I've always eaten to the clock and continue to do so, this means the absence of hunger isn't a problem for me.

Probably the high protein intake that's suppressing your appetite, if you're not used to it.

Just so you know, this might be considered an "extreme" diet that against MFP rules to talk about.
