So...I've been bad. Oh so bad. York Peppermint patties will be the end of me! (they have absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever!).
Now, rather than make this a weekend binge I want to take steps to sort of "recover" from my indiscretion(one or two are fine, but...every five minutes not so much haha). While a day of indulgence wont undo all of my efforts, I want to have a backup plan for when they do happen.
How do you recover from days when you throw caution to the wind? The holidays, weddings, chili festivals! I'm curious as to what tactics others have and maybe I can pick up a few tricks that'll keep me from thinking this is the end of the world
