Bonefish Grill - Carbs

We're heading to the Bonefish Grill tonight for our anniversary. Right now I'm counting carbs and figured I'd get grilled fish of some kind, but when I look at the MFP food section a lot of the grilled fish and seafood has 20-50 carbs? How do you grill a piece of meat and get that many carbs? Do they do something I'm not aware of? or does MFP include sides?

Not certain, but most fish have 0 or really low carbs. But, if I had to guess, I'm thinking they are using a glaze. That would still make it a grilled fish and it could add a lot of carbs depending on what's in the glaze. I'd ask at the restaurant. Most places will make a virgin grilled fish if you ask.
Best of luck and have fun!!0 -
You could go to their website and check out their nutrition menu, that should give you the right amount of carbs.0
