Hi guys I'm new to Strength and weight training and i was wondering if i could get any advice on how to go about starting, and the best and easy way to do it at home? I'm not a gym person, i bought my own elliptical to do it at home and i use it every day and i usually try to burn 700-1000 cals. But i feel as though i should start toning up and really try to work on my midsection to slim down, but I'm lost lol

So any advice would be great, Thank You

Ive started too, you could get a dumbell set and look up different weights . I got a tailored programme in the gym but I am sure if you googled/went on to youtube and had a look you would find some suitable ones

I mostly use dumbells. You can do just about everything with a set in a couple different weights. Be ready to buy up, though, because you'll get stronger and need heavier ones!

I'm an army vet so I stick with good ole pushups and sit ups. I do some leg and butt exercises (lunges, leg lifts, plies). No equipment necessary!
