I've been really focused on getting healthier over the past few weeks. Really trying to eat what I am supposed to and get more exercise. I have been getting a little frustrated because I really am not seeing a lot of success on the scale...in fact, I have only lost 2 pounds. Boo!
However, I am very lucky in that I have access to a nice Tanita scale that monitors body fat, and while I did not take a whole lot of measurements before, I did get my body fat measured. Here is what has happened...
Total Weight: +2.8 lbs (negligable-- after-lunch weigh-in vs. 1st thing in the morning)
Fat%: -1.6%
Fat Mass: -2 lbs
Feeling a lot better that things are starting to happen!!
