I've had great success with some items I bought off of the tee vee.0

No, seriously, I would net about 20% under my TDEE, shoot for 40/30/30 protein, carbs, and fiber, drink plenty of water, enjoy things I love in moderation, lift heavy and hit it hard, and play outside as much as possible.0
