HRM wearers, cals burned during Ab Ripper?

So on the days I don't run I've started doing Ab Ripper X but because it's like a 15 minute routine I haven't bothered entering it in as exercise. Does anyone know if there is any significant calorie burn with it? I am curious if there are any HRM users who can tell me how much they're burning. I haven't been doing any of the other DVDs with it recently.

I haven't done it by itself, I always do it right after a workout, so my heart rate is up going into it. I wear a Polar HRM and I typically burn 150-180 calories during it. But again, my HR is usually around 140bpm when I start.

    Same for me.

This is pretty much what I figured. Thank you everyone, very helpful. That's why I wasn't bothering to log it and I think I probably still won't! I haven't done the other p90x workouts since last summer, except sometimes we pull out kung pao (what we call it) when we have the time. Vanessa annoys me but that's my favorite p90x video.
