    Haven't tried mashed cauliflower. But I love it roasted in the oven. I toss it with some olive oil, garlic salt, & pepper. 425F @ 10-15 mins. YUM

    I will say, I can't stand the smell of broccoli. Blech.

    Cauliflower poppers! Delish! I have had them twice this week!

    The fellow that wrote the South Beach Diet claimed that you couldn't tell the difference.

    BALONEY. IMO, it's a good way to ruin perfectly good cauliflower.
